If you have already purchased your license and have support questions, the best is that you have a look first in the Help Center of our support desk. If you can’t find the answer there, submit a request.

Sales / Pre-sales questions

If you did not purchase your license yet, and have questions on what you should purchase or on the products, you should either contact a reseller in your area or contact us via our Support Desk or phone (see below).
Through the support desk

Our support desk is the default place to go for any questions you may have.
We answer quickly, and support is included in the price of our software.
Make sure to check log in, it's the preferred way to get in touch with us.

By phone

The preferred way to contact us is via our support desk, but for urgent matters, you can contact us by phone. Depending on the time and in which language you want to call us, you can call the european team or the IBS team in the US.
